The Digital Transformation Workshop is focusing on discovering and defining your needs by through hands-on digital transformation workshop. Facilitated by an expert in your field of activity and together with leaders from your organization, the workshop is a 2 or 3 days intensive course. We guide you through a process aimed to solve a real business problem or situation that your organization is currently facing. Together we define an innovative new digital product designed to tackle your problems.

The second step of our Digital Transformation Process is to deliver on the outcome of the workshop. A team of highly skilled developers works using an Agile approach to deliver an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for 4 to 6 weeks in a high paced hackathon.
